These website terms summarize how the Decee Agency FREE 3-Day $1K Sales Test works. Any test or scaling engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over this page. Please have these terms reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on them.

Applications and qualification

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We assess each store’s readiness, product suitability, fulfillment capability, and the practical requirements of the test before accepting it.

The 3-Day $1K Sales Test

• There are no agency fees or upfront agency payments for the initial test.
• $1,000 in store sales is a target, not a guaranteed result.
• The scope of work, timeline, and required store access are agreed before the test begins.
• The test ends after the agreed three-day period if the target has not been reached, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party costs

Advertising spend, product costs, payment processing fees, shipping, taxes, platform or app subscriptions, and other third-party expenses are not covered by Decee Agency unless explicitly agreed in writing, and are clarified before the test begins.

Scaling and success commission

If the initial target is reached, we may discuss scaling toward a $10,000 sales milestone. The proposed success commission is 3%, applicable only after the agreed $10,000 sales milestone is reached and subject to the written agreement. That agreement will define the qualifying sales period, what counts as qualifying sales, whether the milestone is cumulative, when commission becomes payable, and how refunds and cancellations are handled. No commission is payable before those conditions are met.

Sales are not profit

Sales figures refer to store revenue, not profit. Your profit depends on your costs and other factors outside our control.

Store access

Where implementation requires access, it should be granted through your platform’s collaborator or staff permissions with the agreed scope. Never share passwords through this website.
